  1. No Refunds for Work Commenced: X3WEB initiates work immediately upon receipt of payment. Therefore, once payment has been received, there will be no refunds issued for any monies paid to X3WEB.

  2. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review X3WEB’s portfolio showcasing previous work and to carefully examine all terms of service before making any payments.

  3. No Refunds for Upfront Membership or Hosting Plans: X3WEB does not offer refunds for any membership or hosting plans paid upfront. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

  4. Refunds for Debit Order Faults: In the event that a fault on a debit order is determined to be due to an error on X3WEB’s part, we will conduct a proper internal investigation and issue a refund accordingly.

  5. No Refunds for Completed Work: Under no circumstances will X3WEB issue a refund for any work that has been completed. This includes but is not limited to website development, design services, content creation, or any other services rendered.

  6. Project Commencement: The project officially commences once X3WEB has received proof of payment from the client. After proof of payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
