At X3WEB, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds:

Refund Conditions:

  1. Cancellation Within 7 Days: Clients who wish to cancel their services within 7 days of payment will be eligible for a refund of 70% of the full amount paid, excluding VAT and other taxes.

  2. No Refunds After 7 Days: After the initial 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.

  3. Website Development Terms:

    • X3WEB will build the website according to the questionnaire provided by the client.
    • X3WEB will not be responsible for any information not clearly stated in the questionnaire.
    • No refunds will be provided once the website has been built.
  4. Website Review and Changes:

    • The client will have one review of the completed website.
    • Subsequent reviews for new changes will be invoiced for additional work.

Client Responsibility:

  • It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review X3WEB’s portfolio showcasing previous work and carefully examine all terms of service before making any payments.

No Refunds for Upfront Membership or Hosting Plans:

  • X3WEB does not offer refunds for any membership or hosting plans paid upfront. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

Refunds for Debit Order Faults:

  • In the event of a fault on a debit order due to an error on X3WEB’s part, a refund will be issued after conducting a proper internal investigation.

No Refunds for Completed Work:

  • Under no circumstances will X3WEB issue a refund for any completed work, including but not limited to website development, design services, content creation, or any other services rendered.
