X3WEB does not have a glass tower and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Every person here works from their own home office, in their own town, and the work still lands on time. This is who actually builds and runs your website.
Plenty of agencies photograph a rented boardroom and call it a head office. We would rather tell you the truth: X3WEB is thirteen specialists working from their own desks, in their own houses, across South Africa and one in Austria. It keeps our costs down, which keeps your prices sensible, and it means the person who builds your website is the person who answers when you phone about it.
Your Google Ads are run by the person who only does Google Ads. Your server is looked after by the person who only does servers. Nobody here is pretending to be a generalist.
You are not passed around a call centre. You deal with the same people, they know your business, and they can reach anyone on this page directly.

An ex-fitness trainer with the discipline to match, still hands-on in the code, and the man who pulled this crew together in the first place.

She is the hardest-working and most trusted person here, and when she walks into a problem the problem tends to line up behind her. Everything works because she is where she is.

The engine room of X3WEB. Obsessed with code, lives for hard problems, and spends every spare minute pulling apart what AI can do. The biggest geek in the crew and the softest heart in it: a devoted father who works this hard so his family never goes without. When everything else goes down, Franro keeps it running.
