Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 2 January 2026

This Cancellation Policy applies to X3WEB recurring monthly services, including Growth System Retainers, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, hosting, website management/maintenance, support plans, and any other monthly services, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

0. Minimum Contract Term

All recurring monthly services (including Growth System Retainers, Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, and combo packages) are subject to a minimum 3-month commitment from the date of the first invoice.

  • Cancellation requests submitted during the first 3 months will take effect at the end of the 3-month minimum term
  • Fees for all 3 months remain payable regardless of early cancellation request
  • After the 3-month minimum term, cancellations are subject to the 30-day written notice requirement below

1. 30-Day Written Notice

To cancel Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, hosting, or website management/maintenance, the client must provide at least 30 days written notice.

  • Cancellation notice must be sent to support@x3web.co.za
  • A cancellation is only considered valid once X3WEB confirms receipt in writing

2. Cancellation Effective Date

The cancellation will take effect 30 days after X3WEB confirms receipt of the written notice.

Services remain active during the notice period, and all fees remain payable during the notice period.

3. Outstanding Payments

All outstanding invoices and fees must be paid in full before cancellation can be finalised. If a client fails to settle outstanding amounts, X3WEB may:

  • Suspend services
  • Restrict access to the website, hosting, email, and related systems
  • Hold deliverables until all amounts are paid in full

4. Refunds

Refunds (if any) are handled strictly in accordance with X3WEB's Refund Policy. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to any refund.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

If a client initiates a chargeback or payment reversal:

  • Services may be suspended immediately
  • Cancellation processing may be paused
  • The account will be treated as unpaid until the dispute is resolved
  • Any dispute-handling costs may be billed or deducted from any resolution (if offered)

6. X3WEB Right to Terminate Service

X3WEB reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Non-payment
  • Breach of terms/policies
  • Abuse, harassment, or unreasonable conduct toward staff
  • Illegal activity or prohibited use
  • Security or operational risk

7. Amendments

X3WEB may amend this Cancellation Policy at any time by updating it on our website. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
