Alicia

Alicia was born in the pit lane of a racetrack. Her mother was lead mechanic on a race team and flatly refused to miss the final lap, so Alicia arrived to the sound of roaring engines. Her family says she has never slowed down since.

She grew up surrounded by engines, tools and the smell of fuel. Her chair was never a limit; it was a project. At eight, she and her dad bolted a lawnmower engine to it, and the neighbourhood kids lined up to race her. Nobody ever won.

To tune her engines she had to program their control units, and that is where she found code. She worked out fast that code is just another kind of fuel: the better you write it, the faster everything goes.

So she built the ultimate machine. Carbon-fibre frame, sculpted panels, twin chrome exhausts, nitrous tank. When she hits the button the exhausts don't spit fire. They spit finished website design, beautiful and done.

At X3WEB a project that should take days gets the Nitro treatment. You hear the whoosh, you see the flames, and by the time you've turned around the thing is built. Full throttle, no brakes.
