Is this a template?
No. We build it into your brand, load your packages and members, and hand it over working.
Can we move our existing members across?
Yes. Your current register is imported, and members are invited to set their own password.
How does QR check-in work?
One QR code at the entrance. Members scan it with their phone, the visit is recorded with the server’s time, and a range officer verifies it.
How are payments collected?
Online through PayFast, with automatic annual renewals. EFT and cash payments can be recorded by staff.
Does it help members with dedicated status?
Yes. Verified visits, scores and activity reports are kept for every member and can be downloaded as a PDF report.
