By using the x3webmarketing.com website or engaging X3WEB Marketing for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between X3WEB Marketing and its clients.
X3WEB Marketing provides digital marketing services including Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, website design, and e-commerce website development. The scope, pricing, and deliverables for each engagement are confirmed in a separate service agreement or proposal.
The money-back guarantee applies to the first month's management fee on the following packages only:
The guarantee covers the management fee only and does not cover ad spend paid directly to Meta or Google. Detailed guarantee terms will be provided in your service agreement. The guarantee is subject to the client providing all required access, assets, and approvals within the agreed timeframe.
All prices are quoted excluding VAT. X3WEB Marketing is VAT registered. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Monthly management fees are invoiced in advance. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the respective platform (Meta, Google) and is not included in management fees.
Monthly management packages require a minimum 12-month commitment from the date of first invoice. After the initial term, the agreement continues on a month-to-month basis with 30 days' written notice required for cancellation. Once-off setup packages are non-refundable once work has commenced.
The client is responsible for providing timely access to all required accounts, assets, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may affect campaign performance and do not entitle the client to a refund or discount. The client is responsible for ensuring all content and materials provided to X3WEB Marketing comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (websites, ad creatives) produced specifically for them. X3WEB Marketing retains the right to use work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
X3WEB Marketing's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Results from advertising campaigns cannot be guaranteed as they depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
