X3Web is a remote business. To ensure affordable website design and Email hosting, my entire team works from home. We have set up the company in such a way to keep cost down but still have the ability to give your business the best website in the shortest amount of time.
We either ask for an upfront payment or we ask for a debit order where you pay in 3 installments. So you can choose whether you want to pay upfront or monthly.
Yes, we will take care of your email needs. You can either have only email hosting at $7 pm or you can have website and Email hosting at $15 pm. This is excluding VAT.
If you have an E-Commerce website with X3WEB you are able to add your own products to your store. You will have full access to the back end of your website via your ClientZone. If you need help adding products, you are more than welcome to get in touch with us and we can show you step by step on how to do this.
ClientZone is how you have control over your own Emails, setting up Email addresses and changing passwords. Your clientzone is where you have access to the backend of your website, able to edit your website and see your analytics.
Our lead time starts when you return the questionnaire we sent after you have sorted your invoice. Depending on the website you need it can take anything from 4 days to 10 days. We have never taken longer than 10 days except for a specialist website.
Monthly you don't have to pay for your website. Your website needs hosting however. So you either only pay for your hosting starting at $15 pm or you can have management starting at $60 pm.
Yes, you are able to do edits to your website. All you have to do is to log in to your website via your ClientZone. From there you are able to do any edit you need. We do suggest that you have some understanding about websites before you do this.
